- Assessing the current situation and looking at
the future
- Researching issues
- Finding out what already exists and who is
already a stakeholder
- Weighing potential solutions
- Establishing desired outcomes, objectives and
strategies
- Soliciting additional feedback from stakeholders

Community Building Plan
is the culmination of this work on a large scale. Individual issue
areas are continually being evaluated and re-evaluated for "What's Known". |
