The following committees are looking for some new people in 2006:

All three Focus Area Teams are seeking good strategic thinkers and planners who care about the community and can deal with complex issues; seeking a 3-year commitment:

               Nurturing Children & Youth
               Strengthening Families
               Meeting Emergency Needs

The Eligibility Committee is seeking one person with financial management skills and another with board management/service quality expertise

The Outcomes Committee is seeking one or two people with some evaluation expertise and understanding of results measures

Volunteer! York County needs people interested in promoting volunteerism and assisting with the event planning for Day of Caring

The Campaign Committee is in need of a few people with energy to bring new ideas into the team; seeking a multi-year commitment; added plus would be people with knowledge of professionals, education or municipalities.
